All appointments require a 48 hour notice of cancellation:

When running late to an appointment, please call The Mill Salon to see if your services are still able to be accommodated.

Guest arriving more than 15 minutes late may be require to be rescheduled to an available appointment time.

A cancellation with less than a 48-hour notice, you will be required to pay 25% of the services of your cancelled appointment at the time of booking your new appointment.

When rescheduling your appt, if it is within the 48 hour window this will still be considered a last minute cancellation

If ANY no call/no show appointments occur, you will be required to pay 50% of the missed appointment service price in order to book an appointment.

If two or more cancellations or no call/no show appointments occur, all future appointments will require a non refundable 50% deposit that will go towards your service price of your next scheduled appointment.

If fees are owed to The Mill Salon you will not be able to book an appointment until your account is paid in full, no exceptions.

Should you need any adjustments from your hair service please contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment. Color corrections are never guaranteed & the process should be discussed with your stylist. No refunds for any services being preformed will be given.
